Knowledge Books and Software is committed to the publication and distribution of its titles to customers worldwide. KBS aims to enhance customer requirements by striving to produce error-free, attractive and informative content that will aid in the development of the user. KBS will achieve this by a process of continual improvement across all parts of the business. We will endeavour to focus on the areas of weakness in the business to build stronger processes to maintain the continuous improvement.
The business has the continual improvement system model as a commitment and direction from the owner/director of the business. It is fully committed to the system and believes it is the reason for the rapid growth of sales and skill of the business in 2003 and 2004.
KBS will achieve improvement and solve the problems by use of the processes outlined in the standard of using non-conformance reports, corrective action, preventive action and amendments to procedures to improve and comply with the ISO9001:2000 standards. The staff will be properly trained to meet the requirements and to handle customer requirements and enhancements.
KBS does not see any other way to grow the business than having customer enhancement as its single focus. The products will be developed with the customer's input and requirements being exceeded.
