CASE 1: A 40-year-old patient with diabetes complained of thick white peeling patches on the cheeks.

CASE 11: A 54-year-old male presented with a three-month history of oral ulceration. An intact vesicle was seen in the left side of the soft palate.

CASE 12: A 53-year-old dentate female presented with gingival soreness. Areas of erythema and irregular white patches were seen affecting most of the attached gingivae.

CASE 13: A 59-year-old male presented with a seven-week history of a 6 mm diameter ulcer on the right lateral border of the tongue. The surrounding tissue was very firm on palpation.
