CASE 1: A 50-year-old female presented with renal stones. She had hypercalcemia with a serum calcium level of 3.5 mmol/L.

CASE 5: A 48-year-old male complained of headache, visual defect, decreased libido and impotence. Magnetic resonance imaging of the sella region revealed a large sellar mass invading the cavernous and sphenoid sinuses and the optic chiasm.
