This publication is the result of collaboration of Dermatopathology Faculty of Harvard-Affiliated Hospitals in Boston including Beth Israel Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital and current and former fellows of Harvard Combined Dermatopathology Training Program.
